Hi friends! I’m back today to share a fun shaker card. I have so many sequins and I never think to use them, so today I decided to pull some out and create a shaker. I am loving how it turned out and can’t wait to create a full card shaker next.

I wanted the flowers to be a bit different so I used a paper pack instead of ink or solid colored cardstock. I was looking through my stash and found the enchanting washes paper pack from Altenew. I love that there are so many different gradients in this pack, helping to create the multi colors in the flowers. I can’t wait to try with another pack of paper to see what it will look like.

I put a simple sentiment inside the circle that says let’s celebrate you! I didn’t put to many sequins but it does seem to cover the sentiment a bit to much. Next time I’ll have to cut the circle out lower on the panel so that I can stamp the sentiment up higher. I think doing that will help it stand out and still fit the flowers and leaves nicely.
