Today I have a fun card to share that was created with Altenew Create-A-Flower dies. These dies are so versatile. All you need is some cardstock and ink and you can create any colored flower you want.

I started this card by adding adhesive sheets to the back of a sheet of white cardstock. I then die cut out the images. Once they were all cut I started to add color to each layer using Altenew ink and mini blender brushes. Leaving the cut pieces in the cardstock helps to keep them still and easy to add color to. After coloring I adhered all the pieces together using the guide from the die set. Keeping them in the large cardstock sheet really helped to keep them all in one place.

Here is a look at the finished card. I added a piece of patterned paper on the inside of the card, making sure to have the faded white area as the center to help the flowers pop. Cutting down the front panel using a ruler and cutter to create the angel you see. Be careful to not cut over the center fold or the card will not line up right.

To keep the flowers from sticking to the background paper, I used my anti-stick powder. To finish off the front I added a simple sentiment in obsidian black ink. I will have a full supply list at the end of the post.
